At Maxfield, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Maxfield account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid DHL or UPS shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
